Vegan Yack Attack’s Plant-based Meal Prep by Jackie Sobon
Jackie is the creator behind Vegan Yack Attack, a vegan food blog with gorgeous photos and mouthwatering recipes. Thousands of photos and hundreds of recipes. I am not exaggerating. See it for yourself! Her blog was one of the first vegan food blogs we started to follow when we changed our diet.
This book is Jackie’s third cookbook*. The first one was Vegan Bowl Attack!* and then there was Vegan Yack Attack On the Go!* In this cookbook you can find SIX(!!!) different weekly menu options with nutrition info, step-by-step prep guide, and even shopping list. So many easy recipes that you will be able to whip up in no time.

From My Bowl’s Simple Delicious Vegan by Caitlin Shoemaker
Caitlin Shoemaker is the creator behind the blog called From My Bowl. She was raised as a vegetarian her whole life and since 2015 she adopted a whole foods plant-based diet. She has been sharing on her blog wholesome, easy, and budget-friendly everyday meals that are mostly gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar-free. Simple Delicious Vegan* is Caitlin’s first published cookbook. It contains 100 healthy, plant-based recipes that are gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar-free. The cookbook is almost 250 pages including useful info on how to start on a plant-based diet, what do you need, or how to cook oil-free as that is the most unusual part many beginners face.

California Vegan by Sharon Palmer
Sharon Palmer is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with more than 18 years of experience in plant-based nutrition and sustainability. You might heard of her as “The Plant-Powered Dietitian”. She has authored over 1000 articles in a variety of publications. She serves as the nutrition editor for Today’s Dietitian, a professor at Prescott College Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems program, a nutrition consultant for several organizations such as AICR and Oldways, and is co-founder of Food and Planet.
California Vegan* is her third cookbook. Her previous books include The Plant-Powered Diet: The Lifelong Eating Plan for Achieving Optimal Health, Beginning Today* and Plant-Powered for Life: 52 Weeks of Simple Whole Recipes*.
