These are our favorite vegan Thanksgiving recipes and they are all we need to make a delicious Thanksgiving dinner menu for the whole family.

Cream Cheese Pinwheels
If you make our 5-minute Tofu Cream Cheese, you can definitely make it 3-4 days in advance as it keeps well in the fridge in an airtight container. If you don't like soy or can't have any, we recommend using a store-bought cream cheese or our 5-minute Hummus recipe, which you can make ahead 4-5 days in advance. You can use store-bought tortilla, but if you make our Flourless tortilla recipe, we recommend making them 1 day in advance and filling them immediately. We recommend cutting them into pinwheels right before serving.
Vegan Lentil Loaf
This keeps well in the fridge wrapped in cling or tin foil. You can bake it in advance 2-3 days.
You can add the Maple Tomato Glaze also in advance, but for easier storage, we recommend adding the glaze right before serving even if you make it in advance.
