Ingredients

  • 2 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red onion (medium)
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the vegetables

  • Cut the end of the bell peppers, then halve them lengthwise. Remove the stems and seeds. Slice them into thin strips.
  • Peel and slice the purple onion.

Frying fajita veggies

  • Take a frying pan and heat it on high heat. Add oil.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir well. Fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Ultimately, the onion should be slightly caramelized, and the bell pepper strips should be charred on the edges.
